A lifelong Southern cook and gardener, Chef Nancy McArthur decided to begin offering health supportive food preparation to the New Jersey community after working in restaurants in both New Jersey and New York.  A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute, she continued her professional studies at the King Arthur Baking Center.  

A fellow southerner, Chef Clare Wilson also decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her passion for health-supportive cooking.  After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute, she interned at The Mercer Kitchen in New York City and has worked as a personal chef, caterer, and private instructor in both New York and New Jersey.   

Natural Chef is the culmination of this ambition.  Not only do we offer foods that are exciting and unique, but we also instruct children and adults in the preparation of whole foods in ways that maximize their nutritive qualities.
